The subject of the contract is the creation and delivery of an HTML file generated from the data provided by the customer. After the order and payment are completed, the HTML code is created and digitally delivered to the customer.

4. Conclusion of the Contract

The product presentation on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is concluded once the customer completes the order process and payment is received.

5. Delivery and Provision

Conversion typically occurs within 24–48 hours after the PDF is uploaded and payment is received. The HTML code is provided to the customer via email or through a secure download link.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices plus applicable VAT (if applicable). Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website.

7. Usage Rights

Upon purchase, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the provided HTML code on their own website. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.

8. Warranty and Liability

We are not liable for technical limitations caused by the customer’s platform (e.g., Wix, WordPress). Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

9. Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with our product, you may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return conditions:

  • Returns are possible within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • A full refund will be issued if the product does not function as described or has not been used (e.g., no download or HTML delivery has occurred).

  • For HTML files that have already been delivered or used, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the refund altogether if the service has already been fully provided.

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

10. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the provider’s registered office.
If any individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
